Privacy Policy

Shooters Club ("we", "us") is a mobile app that helps the competitive shooting-sports community discover matches (USPSA, IDPA, Steel Challenge, and related disciplines). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile (name, and profile photo if you have one). If you create an account with email, we store your email and a securely hashed password.
• Profile details — an optional profile photo, your age, and the shooting disciplines you select during onboarding.
• Location — if you grant permission, your device location is used to surface matches near you. Location is used to show nearby matches and is not sold.
• Notifications — if you opt in, we store a push-notification token for your device so we can send match reminders and registration-open alerts.
• App activity — the matches you save/follow, so we can show them and notify you.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To show relevant matches, including matches near you.
• To send the notifications you opt into (match reminders, registration opening).
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking. We share data only with service providers that run the app on our behalf:

• Supabase — our backend (database, authentication, storage).
• Google — if you choose Google sign-in.
• Expo — to deliver push notifications to your device.

The app links out to PractiScoreto complete match registration; once you follow a registration link you are subject to PractiScore's own privacy policy.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can revoke location and notification permissions at any time in your device settings, and delete your account from within the app.
